The government wished that Indonesian could more pay attention of using the public transportations while mostly of Indonesian feel insecure with the quality of them. Basically, the problem of public transportations in Indonesia is not only about the quality of it but also the schedule time that still knocked the bottom of.

And, the safety of using them is truly bad because there are lot of accidents, abuses, or even little things cases by public transportations. 

"Indonesian wished about the public transportations with a cheap costs but with a great safety while it couldn't be that thing. You have to pay a little bit expensive costs for your safety."- Citilink Marketing.

I agreed with that because you have to support them to give you best of services if you want them to take all the responsibility of you for your public transportation services.

Reverse Logistics

Summary Reverse Logistics

Reverse logistics basically been arounding of us. But, some of people may not realized it yet. Therefore, here i want to tell you what exactly Reverse Logistics means.

Reverse Logistics is the prosess of moving good from the end of place (costumers place) in purpose to being reuse or disposal properly. Reverse Logistics is Logistics based on Eco Systems.

Example:

The news papers. If the news papers are not sold in that time those papers will be return to the supplier and the supplier will transport it to their supply chain partner and the supply chain partner will process the papers become a new papers print by recycling. 

So, based on the example you already know that Reverse Logistics is trying to residual the value of materials or goods that return and how to recover the value of it. Reverse Logistics is about how to make the company profits keep or even increase in every cases.

And there are many companies that went with Reverse Logistics, like:

-Pertamina with LPG

-Pertamina with Fuel Depots

-Danone with Aqua

-Sosro with Tea

Logistics Cluster

The Logistics Cluster is a group of humanitarian organizations who work together to ensure an efficient and effective logistics response takes place in every humanitarian emergency where the Logistics Cluster is activated. In order to ensure life-saving relief cargo reaches affected populations in time, the Logistics Cluster provides coordination services to the logistics sector and, if needed, augments logistics infrastructure and provides common logistics services for the humanitarian community as a whole.
The point of SOP and KAK NAtional Cluster Logistics and Equipment is basically for delivery coordinating of goods to the disaster's place.

Summary

Visiting Exhibition of Indonesia Transport Supply Chain and Logistics 

So, i went there on Friday 9th October 2015. Which is the last day of the Exhibition. I went there with 10 others including me (but we met a couple of our friends who also went there). To be honest we made a plan a day before. On Thursday for asked our lecturers permission to let us had an absence and deals to have make up class next week. We got that permission even we had to make dispenses letter and got Mr. Didiet Hidayat signature to make it clear.

Friday, 09.00 am
We arrived there. Filled the form and got this name tag as a visitor.

Unfortunately, the exhibition started at 10 am, we had to wait within an hour.

10.00 am
We were in the exhibition room and guided by Ms. . She was so kind and always smiling. She was from Tourism College of Trisakti. We visited many stand but I didn’t really remember which the first one till the last. So, I would explain them randomly:

1. Lookman Djaja

                                                       

Lookman Djaja was company that provided trailer and cargo specializations. They made those if there were companies ordered to them. They also explained to us the types of cargo. It was good then.

2. Kobexindo Equipment 

   

We got the new knowledge about forklift from Kobexindo Equipment. The amazing one when we got the chance to tried the forklift. We touched in real for the first time.

3. JNE

Who doesn’t know JNE? Online shoppers extremely know them. They told us about their services and I just figured it out that they also could be cargo specialist.

4. Dachang Shelving

Dachang shelving is rack specialist for warehouse or even super market. They told us the types of rack, materials rack and also the capacity of those rack.

5. Agility

Actually, it wasn’t our first time to have touched with agility. We had visited their warehouse in Bekasi. Agility was 3PL service provided.

6. Angkasa Pura Logistics

Just like others company that went with transportation shipping services but also supported customs clearance and all things that still related. I just know this knowledge actually because I thought that they only went with airport.

7. Go Box

It’s a new service from Gojek Indonesia. Just figured it out that they were only provided their app and system to cargo transportation companies. Actually same thing like their service before called Gojek. They also told us about their new service like Goglam, Goclean, Gomassage. They were developed their service in point to get lots of costumers than their ever before.

There were some of companies that joined the exhibition in logistics way. We also visited IME (Indonesia Maritime Expo) in awhile.

Got lots of kindest things here. People in Angkatan Laut Indonesia treated us so kind. The vibes and atmosphere were so good.

Thank you for the chance. We could in part as visitor in the exhibition, that was so incredible. Hopefully we also get the same chance in 2016 exhibition soon. Really looking forward for the next exhibition!!! 

Also a big massive thank you for Ms. Emi who always guided us and helped us took pictures there. She was the lovely one!!

Mrs. Ventya Gemma 

E-commerce in Indonesia really works like a huge because survey said that E-commerce industry gets profit faster and always grows up. The reasons, in Indonesia there are 82 Millions of Internet Users and 38,3 Millions in between are Smartphone Users. Therefore it grows. It also supported by a cheap smartphone and affordable internet connections and Indonesian were so freak with social life. They always follow all the changes. And the craziest is in 181 minutes Indonesian hanging up with their smartphone within a day!!


Other reasons of why e-commerce works because there are many of advantages shopping by online. Such as:
1. Easy to find products. You just need either your smartphone or others gadget and internet connection to find out what things you're looking for.
2. Its 24/7. Which means you can shop for any time you want to.
3. More reach to costumers. Easy way to sell products.
4. Low operational and better quality of services. We just need a good system to make all things run well. We also don't need to rent or buy any buildings.
5. Easily select products without moving around. Which means even you're still in your blanket because you're just waking, up you still can go online shopping.

But e-commerce also have their own disadvantages. Such as:
1. There are many bad sites. Like we know we all have our competitors and trust is NO. 1 issue in this industry actually all industries.
2. Mechanical failures. Hang is a bad one and also the moment when sites run down.

E-commerce challenges in Indonesia:
Only 40% of Indonesian has bank account and 4,5% of Indonesian has credit card. So then now we know about COD system. It helps Indonesian which doesn't have both of payment service that already able before.

E-commerce goals:
1. On Time Delivery. Every costumers want that service. They even expected like a flash delivery.
2. No Damage. Right package is everything.
3. No Missing. Which costumers expect for that??!
4. Tracking by. All of us definitely want to be able tracking our orders.
5. Delivery miles update. Costumers are so freaking out.
6. Inventory accuracy. Because basically we sell things and we have to get something like profit.
7. Fifo. Systematic of classification that depends on expired date or needed.
8. IT integrated. Technology and system are so important.
9. High Productivity. Always developing, always bring something new.

E-commerce can ship things worldwide just a click away, easy way to provide your logistics with partner!!

Mr. Hadi Kuntoro

A-Commerce is a company provide anything that makes E-commerce company going in their way wanted to. A-commerce provides system, design, supply, distribution and etc. For example: T is a new in e-commerce industry, they don't know how to start it, then T asks A-commerce to help them. T needs website and application to advertise their products. Then, A-commerce makes the website and application for T and make those look interest with A-commerce design which already been deal with T before. 

Another example is Z don't know which suppliers that can support them with right time, place, price, product and location. A-commerce is looking for suppliers that fits with those criteria and when A-commerce find the suppliers they tell Z to make a deals.
That the way A-commerce going. Provide their services to E-commerce companies.
But, unfortunately logistics Indonesia in a low levels because there are 60% of problem runs with logistics and most popular are day for founding warehouse and also the policy of costume in Indonesia.

The point of this General Discussion:
1. E-commerce gets a huge responses and always grows.
2. Logistics really fits with E-commerce way.
3. High technology is the key.
4. Services developed with technology.
5. There are many opportunities in E-commerce industry which actually easy to start with. Example with social medias.
6. There is A-commerce services that can help your first start in E-commerce industry.
7. Global era is going that fast.
